Nice to sit in after 2 months electronics broke

Don't buy

I have had 3 service calls on this unit in 5 months. Even with extended warranty GW seems reluctant to satisfy the customer. Electronics went out on one side and the replacement parts were delivered and installed within weeks. Other side went out and now being told it takes 8-12 weeks (2-3 months) to get replacement parts. Pretty happy with my couches

When the coaches arrived they were unable to connect them to my TV cuz nobody told me to buy optical cables. I thought they were provided with the couch. well, I have a newer TV with Bluetooth. GW tried 4 different trips to get it to make it work with my TV with no luck. Some techs stayed for 2 hour trying to make it work. If you do buy this just plan on each pc needs to be connected to each other and it must be hard wired to the TV. So you will have a bunch of wires laying on the floor. Other thin...Read More

gs I disliked was the cup holders are a odd size and most cups don't fit. If you do spill anything in the cup holder you can't remove it to clean it. The charging pad is a slow charger and show scratches real fast. My charger made a loud humming noise also. this furniture doesn't have a adjustable head rest.
