What are your hours?
All of our stores are open from 10:00 a.m. ET until 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Saturday, and 11:00 a.m. ET until 8:00 p.m. ET on Sundays. Holiday hours may vary.

How can I get free same day delivery?
We offer 2 different types of free delivery (in our regular delivery area): Doorstep and White Glove. Free Doorstep Delivery is available Monday through Friday on in-stock merchandise. If you purchase a mattress over $699, your entire order qualifies for Free White Glove Delivery any day of the week (including Same Day). Do you sell appliances?
No, Gardner White does not sell appliances.

Do the mattresses come with a bed frame?
No, they do not automatically come with a bedframe. We do sell them, however, and depending on what you need for your bed you may need to purchase one.

How far does Gardner white deliver?
Our expansive delivery coverage extends throughout Michigan, ensuring convenient access to our services. We offer deliveries to our regular delivery area every day of the week, providing flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Additionally, we also serve select areas on specific days of the week, ensuring that all customers can receive our reliable delivery service. What if I live outside of the standard delivery area?
For customers residing outside of the Gardner-White delivery area who wish to purchase items from our warehouse, we offer the option of shipping through a trusted third-party home delivery carrier such as UPS or FedEx. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your selected items. It's important to note that delivery in this case is limited to curbside service only. Do you assemble the furniture for me?
Yes, for any furniture that is delivered out of our warehouse. However, online exclusive items which are marked as "free shipping" are sent directly from the manufacturer so you may need to assemble those yourself.

What is your delivery fee?
Doorstep delivery is free within our delivery area for items delivered from our warehouse. White glove delivery starts at $149.99, but also depends on what items are being delivered. For full information, please see our delivery page.

When will an item be back in stock?
If you have an open order you can look it up on this page to see if your items are back in stock. However, if you want to place an order for an item that was previously out of stock, you can call our team at 248-481-2208, or email them at weborders@gardner-white.com.

When will I get a time frame for my delivery?
If it is the day of your delivery, you can track your truck from this page. However, on any other day we cannot predict the time frame due to the varying deliveries also taking place. You will for sure be notified on the day of your delivery what time frame to expect our team to arrive.

How do I cancel my order?
If you purchased from one of the local Gardner White stores you'll have to return there to process a cancellation. However, if you purchased online from our website, you'll have to call 248-481-2208 to process a cancellation.

Why isn't the sale price applied to my clearance order?
Clearance items are already marked at the best price available and are therefore not eligible for additional sale discounts.

What are the standard dimensions of mattresses?
There are several standard model sizes - California King, King, Queen, Full, Twin XL, & Twin. All of those are broken down in our Mattress Buying Guide article.

Yes, we will! We offer a furniture haul away service which costs $99.99 per piece.

Will Gardner white move my old furniture to another room?
Yes, we will! It's priced at $49.99 for the first piece and $24.99 for each additional piece moved.

How many claims can I make under the 4-year protection plan?
Unlimited, you can make as many claims as you need to during that 4-year period.

Can I schedule a delivery date past 7 days?
Yes, you can request a delivery date past 7 days, although due to warehouse capacity, the ordered items will be subject to availability 7 days prior to the requested delivery date.
