Unlike the floor model at the store, the model I ended up with is very harsh on the bottom/lower back, even on the lowest setting. I have had to remedy this by using a pillow or thick blanket to pad. My choices were either return the chair with a 25% restocking fee and a pick up fee or to exchange it for another chair (that I was told would probably be the exact same, or could be worse, etc) I was pretty disappointed that a product that does NOT work as intended/ as it does on the floor and caused pain and bruising to my family and myself was ineligible for a hassle-free repair, exchange, or a return.
The chair’s tablet also does not work on google or YouTube- both of which are applications that are right on the screen, so you would hope those would work right. It has an error message every time.
Beyond this, the chair works well. It does have a number of decent features and programs and feels sturdy. It is still a nice machine and helps with upper back stress, but I do not think I would buy it again, or other furniture from GW, mainly due to the lack of support and care and inability to fix the issue that I have.
