Sofa

Light underneath stays on and can’t turn off. Was told to schedule a virtual inspection? I paid a lot of money for the sofa and they won’t send someone out to fix it!

Hello Carl, we apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the light on your sofa. There is a button on the inside of one of the arms that will turn off the lights underneath the sofa. We hop that this helps!

Astro brown furniture set

Continue to have electrical issues and other quality issues. Next level support is not effective (Rachael's Desk). Same comments from them over and over. Not only do I not recommend this set of furniture, I no longer recommend Gardner White. We have been loyal customers for years
