It was not at all

It was not at all what I thought it would be ! They said it takes at least 60 days to break it in but that never happened . I had to buy another bed and put it in a spare bedroom so that I could get some rest. I returned it but had to pay $500 dollars with the restocking fee etc. I was so disappointed! Mattress is not firm on

Mattress is not firm on one side as expected for luxury firm mattress for $2400. Slept on it for less than 30 days and presented my concerns to Gardner White. They sent someone out to look at it and I was told that by looking at the mattress it does not meet the standards for manufacturing defect. This makes no sense to me, given you would never be told in a store to look at the mattress and determine how it feels for purchasing but are encouraged to lay on it. So disappointed that I spent time exploring for the perfect sleep and still didn’t get what I wanted. Was excited about being a new customer of Airloom. Never again with Airloom.
