Bad quality product, horrible return policy, bad customer service

We complained about wrinkles on the cushion on third day after being delivered. It was a nightmare after that, home visit from repair/service crew that will not admit there a quality issue with the product, long waiting hours in the store to talk with a decision maker person, in the end had to accept a 25% return fee for a bad product and no fault...Read More
