The arm rest on the

The arm rest on the right side is leaning down almost touching the ground. I had your service guy come take a look at it and he said thats the way it is but my other pieces are not leaning like that one is.

Terrible

Purchased sofa and loveseat. Within the first month the sofa had to replaced. The next couple weeks problems mechanically have gone wrong with the middle console. Waiting 3 months now for replacement parts for another problem.

Recliner button stopped working after 2 months

I love my new furniture, but I'm so disappointed that the button for the recliner on one side of the couch broke less than two months of purchasing, and it will take 2-3 more months to get the replacement part. Nothing should fail after just 2 months, and replacement parts shouldn't take 2-3 months to get.
