Very disappointed with the customer

Very disappointed with the customer service at Gardner White. Table is a beautiful table but the metal has a flaw that looks horrible. Pics attached.

When we bought the table

When we bought the table no one mentioned that there was some assembly required what a shock .You need to tell your customers that they will need to put it together
