Beware

This mattress after 6 months is still hard as a rock. Not worth the unbelievable amount of money spent for such discomfort. Sales management people said it would eventually feel the same as the floor model. Not even close. Horrible experience from beginning to end.

Way too firm Went back

Way too firm

Went back store after a week and was told I had to sleep on it for 60 days before I could exchange ! No where did I see that policy

Very sorry you weren't aware of the 60-day policy. You can read about it on our website at gardner-white.com/mattresses/pledge and its in the folder you were provided with when you purchased your protection program. The policy exists because your body needs a minimum of 60 days to adjust to a new mattress.
