One of the chairs was broken when it arrived and needs to be replaced. I was told it would take up to 12 weeks for a replacement. I would like to have a new chair and when the replacement parts arrive you can fix the chair at your facility and keep the fixed chair. Please note that any damage from delivery must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately, your report was made 30 days after delivery, which means the issue falls under our parts and labor warranty.

Love this chair

This chair is so comfortable. Both the seat and back offer a lot of support.
I like the fabric, it seems very sturdy and durable. The beige color lends itself to many complimentary colors.
