I love every feature the

I love every feature the recliner has. I come from work sit in the recliner get the control turn on heat and message to take away the tension and tightness in my back from a stressful work day. The leather feel so nice and soft relaxing again I love the recliner

The recliner isn’t pet safe,

The recliner isn’t pet safe, When recliner is in full upright position a pet can get underneath and be seriously Injured if lower down on top of them. I recommend a small protection net or some sort to keep a pet from going underneath when recliner is fully upright.

Meh!

The chair is comfortable, but the quality is questionable. The top half of my chair is completely out level and very noticeable. Had Service Tech out, but he couldn’t do anything to fix it. Two weeks later and they still haven’t contacted me for resolution, after I contacted them again and they told me someone would get back to me.
