sat down for a while. The cushion was so hard that In about an hour my butt was numb and I was getting a back ache. I was up so high from the excessively padded seat that my feet were dangling 6” from the floor…I tried to pump up the lumbar support and it did nothing at all. It was up too high for me and targeted my waist area not the lower back. . I tried the massage and it massaged my shoulders not my back. I tried to sit different in places on the sofa and recliner with the same results …. After 4 days I couldn’t take it anymore. I went to the store and spoke to the customer service representative and was told that they would arrange for it to be picked up. She also told me that I had to pay a 25% restocking fee and the full price of the furniture warranty insurance and taxes for a total of $1292. 72. The furniture was in my home for 4 days and I am a senior citizen. It is appalling that this company treats our senior citizens and also the public like this.
