Delivered with setup issue

We were excited to have our new Whistler 5-piece King bedroom set delivered and setup. After 8 days our bed collapsed. Frustated and concerned, I went to Gardner White (Canton, MI) to share our disappointment. etup the bed noticed right away the issue was a center rail structure was not in place with our original crew setup. The new crew had the correct parts and changed out the siderails and footboard with storage. I commend the managers at both the Canton store and at Auburn Hills, MI corporate for solving this issue, and recommend Gardner-White as a store that stands behind thier products.
