This is NOT your typical firm Mattress

The Aireloom Starlight Luxury Firm mattress is more plush than other typical brands and it is a quality mattress. However, it is not enough support for me. If you are big, overweight or need firm support, I would consider another brand. It is okay for my husband who travels a lot and sleeps on all types of mattresses.

nd still cannot sleep more than 2 hours without waking in severe lower back pain which I have NEVER experienced. My sympathies to those who do! Fortunately, we bought the adjustable bed and I retreat to slight zero gravity for awhile and then try again. I know they recommend a 60 day trial before exchanging but I travel extensively with hubby and have NEVER had a mattress cause lower back pain. I also don’t think breaking this mattress in will solve the “ too little support “ issue. I will have to suffer through.

If you are looking for a quality mattress with plush luxury and medium/ average support this will serve you well. If firm support is needed look elsewhere. The return policy stinks too so beware!! 60 days of horrible sleep waiting to return/ exchange a mattress is not right, especially when the customer pays dearly for that return/ exchange not Gardner White.

It is their return policy that has provoked me to look elsewhere to replace two other mattresses. Read Less

It was not at all

It was not at all what I thought it would be ! They said it takes at least 60 days to break it in but that never happened . I had to buy another bed and put it in a spare bedroom so that I could get some rest. I returned it but had to pay $500 dollars with the restocking fee etc. I was so disappointed!
